Crimes are generally categorized as misdemeanors or felonies based on their nature. Felonies involve serious misconduct, but most state criminal laws separate felonies into different classes with varying levels of punishment. Misdemeanors usually entail no more than a year in prison, and lesser offenses such as traffic violations are also a part of criminal law.

One of our practice areas is personal injury. We have years of courtroom experience and are dedicated to ensuring that you receive quality representation and obtain fair compensation for injuries caused by the negligence or recklessness of others.

We value the severity of a DUI arrest and understand that it can be equivalent to any other criminal matter.  While the charge may only be filed as a misdemeanor, the consequences can be everlasting.  In addition to fines and criminal consequences, a DUI conviction requires a mandatory adjudication, which cannot be sealed and/or expunged from your record.

We will discuss options and to see if your records qualify and meet the requirements. We will gather the appropriate documents to ensure a successful expungement/sealing of criminal records.

We are experienced in handling Juvenile cases in both Juvenile and Adult courts.  We know how to navigate your case through both the court system but also to assist with your representation at the Department of Juvenile Justice (“DJJ”).  This area is also essential, as DJJ makes a sentencing recommendation to the court.
